Two Moon Tango Milongas are held on the 3rd Saturday of the month (with the exception of February and June, 2023). 7:30 - 10:30 pm
These milongas are open to all members of the tango community far and wide. We are wanting to create a friendly, warm event where diversity and good energy thrives!
These are traditional milongas in structure and music. We want to foster a safe place for all people to dance and so we ask that people use the regular etiquette or codes for this dance. We are hoping that these milongas also serve as a place where people can learn, practice and experience the benefits of the codes in a comfortable and relaxed setting rather than having to learn them outside of our own community. Our milongas run from 7:30 - 10:30 or 11 pm. $15/cover. Basic snacks provided but bringing potluck snacks/desserts and beverages, beer or wine, makes it more festive!
Covid protocol: Vaccination cards required. Masking is optional.
PLEASE carpool! Our road was recently paved so we have very limited parking. Now, spots are available in front of house, up driveway, and in the orchard (look to park in front of orange cones designating spots). Also, there are unused culverts on undeveloped properties on our road or on the shoulder of the dump road (a right at the top of Camino Largo, then 1st right after the cattle guard). Also, you can meet people and carpool from the Petroglyph Park!
Looking forward to seeing you soon!
